LZ2KHN — Town Amateur Radio Club in Sevlievo
The town amateur radio club in Sevlievo operates under the callsign LZ2KHN. Its founding manager and trustee was Andrey Andreev.
The LZ2KHN radio club played an active role in training young radio enthusiasts and shortwave operators in the region.
Geographical Location of Sevlievo
The town of Sevlievo is located approximately 23 km northwest of Gabrovo, 42 km west of Veliko Tarnovo, and 34 km east-southeast of Lovech.
It is situated in the Sevlievo Valley, south of the Sevlievo Heights, within the Central Fore-Balkan region. The Rositsa River flows along its eastern and northern borders. The urban terrain is predominantly flat, gently sloping toward the river.
The elevation in the town center near the municipality building is around 200 meters above sea level, rising to 210–215 meters in the south and dropping to approximately 190 meters in the north.
