This, however, is not always the case: the same position can have different content in different companies and even personal understanding of the interviewer may be dissimilar. So clarify sufficiently clear and definite your skills to others. Your motivation is crucial in determining the employer to take you on his team.
The motivation is assessed not only in terms of whether you are looking for higher pay, better career opportunities, benefits, favorable interpersonal relations, etc. Motivation also is related to your future career plans and the fact how they fit within the position you are applying for. They relate to your desire to achieve goals, work in accordance with certain standards, take initiative, etc.
Most likely you will be asked about why you take change in performance. Whatever you plan to say it should sound credible and open. Skillful interviewer will ask cross questions that will aim to define your actual ambitions and therefore recommended to be sincere.
The interviewer will be interested in how you will fit into the work environment. In this connection, will be analyzed your communication skills and your preferred role in teamwork. As conflict management and resolution problems are in the modern business environment, you will be expected to demonstrate with examples from your previous experience how you have handled similar situations. Furthermore, the interviewer will expect to see that adapt quickly to the culture and spirit of the organization. Ability to establish interpersonal relationships, overcoming resistance (if the position requires the introduction of changes and transform people’s attitudes) and coordinating staff efforts should be demonstrated with concrete examples from your experience and confidence to case-studies.
