Interview: Looking for feedback
At the end of the interview or even later (you can call the interviewer) you can ask for feedback on your performance during your conversation. It is useful to know what makes a good impression and what has bothered interviewers. In addition, if you are open enough to provide you with information about your chances of success and help you improve your performance in future interviews.
Note that asking for feedback is suitable primarily for: candidates for low level positions, candidates at the beginning of his career, candidates who do not have much experience in attending interviews.
