Chicken – Pheasant

If you are a hunter and throughout the day you happened to “hit three grape station”, not counting the collared dove – a way to “wild” chicken and fraud bride that you shot pheasant.

Boil the marinade: 2 carrots, 1 onion and 1 head celery, parsley root 5, water and vinegar in equal parts, salt, bay leaf and pepper.
